Terms & Conditions — Hummingbird Cars

These terms govern use of Hummingbird Cars services. By making a booking you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from Hummingbird Cars.

2. Pricing

All quoted prices are fixed and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Additional charges may apply for route deviations or excessive waiting time beyond the free allowance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
Cancellations 12–24 hours before pickup: 50% charge.
Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup: full charge.
No-shows: full charge.

4. Waiting Time

Airport pickups: 60 minutes free from actual landing time. All other pickups: 15 minutes free. Additional waiting charged at £10 per 30 minutes.

5. Liability

Hummingbird Cars is not liable for delays caused by traffic, road closures, adverse weather or events beyond our control. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the booking.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
